FEASIBILITY & DESIGN

Following the opening discussions to establish your requirements we will provide sketch proposals, working with you and to suit your requirements, with the objective of progressing your design as smoothly and quickly as necessary to suit all agreed timescales.

MODERN SURVEYING SOLUTIONS

We are using the latest in 3D laser scanning technology, which allows us to produce highly accurate data. Our team conduct 3D laser scanning of a given site before we produce registered surveyed scan file. The file will then be ready for import into BIM or CAD software, and ready for you to create accurate 2D plans and 3D models of your projects We use this together with True View 360 imagery panoramic view of a laser-scanned site, which also allows extraction of measurements of any objects from your desktop

DIGITAL 3D MODEL CREATION

Cloud point data collected from laser scanning can be converted to produce an accurate 3D as-built CAD model, intelligent or non-intelligent, as required for individual projects. Our team can will translate as-built surveyed information into digital 3d CAD models using software such as Revit, AutoCad and Microstation. These methods give clients visualisations and confidence that their requirements can be met.

PLANNING & BUILDING REGULATIONS

Once the initial sketch and model proposals are agreed, we will look towards producing detailed planning drawings normally consisting of detailed floor plans, elevations, roof plans and 1:500 & 1;1250 scale site location plans. This information is mandatory for a planning application.

ON SITE SUPERVISION

We offer an on-site supervision service that is becoming ever more popular. Whilst each project is individual, we understand that each and every client and building contractor is also unique, with various qualities that may or may not be utilised throughout the course of the on-site works.
